The Gracely app operates completely offline and does not collect any information or personal data from users. We do not track any usage statistics, even anonymously. The app does not connect to the internet or transmit any data whatsoever.

2. Children's Privacy

We do not collect Personal Information about or from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen you CANNOT use the App. 

3. Third Party Service Providers

The Gracely app does not utilize any third party service providers. It operates completely independently without sharing any data with other services.

4. California Privacy Rights

This Section applies only to individuals residing in the State of California who are considered "consumers" and from whom we might collect "personal Information" as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA). We will review and update this Section at least once every twelve (12) months to reflect changes in our business, legal or regulatory obligations, so please check this Section 4 periodically for changes.

How We Collect, Use, and Disclose Your Data.

The Gracely app does not collect, use, or disclose any personal information from California consumers.

5. EU Data Rights  

The Gracely app does not collect or process any personal data of EU residents. The information in this section regarding EU data rights is not applicable to this app.
